<Kazuhiro Ishiguro – Background>
Joined Ota Showa & Co. (now Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC) in 1994. Promoted to Partner in 2006, and in 2016 served in roles including Executive Officer and Head of Finance & Administration, as well as EY Japan Area CFO. Led projects such as the relocation to a new office, the introduction of a new core system, and the centralization of procurement operations. Retired as a Partner of Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC in 2024.

<Reason for Appointment>
Mr. Kazuhiro Ishiguro has approximately 30 years of experience in audit practice as a certified public accountant, having served as Partner and CFO of EY Japan at Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC. Given his advanced expertise in financial auditing, IPO practices, and internal control system development, together with his insight as a business executive, the Company has determined that his appointment will strengthen its audit framework and enhance corporate governance, and has therefore appointed him as Audit & Supervisory Board Member.

For many years, I viewed many companies from the outside as an auditor, while also working from the perspective of management. Drawing on both of these experiences, I hope to be an Audit & Supervisory Board Member who values frank dialogue with management while positively supporting the company’s challenges.
